I see that people are using the turbo sim to fool the iphone into thinking that you are using an AT&T sim card. Well I don't have an iPhone but I have NTT docomo phone that supports GSM I would like to use on AT&T. Can the turbo sim possibly be used for this? I don't have any programming experience so is there a generic app to load on the turbo sim to do this?

Oh before anyone suggests it, as far as I can see from google there is no way to unlock the software on the docomo phone so this would be my only option.
