Hi pz,

can you tell me in short words if that packages over DHL are have a insurance? Because mine is delivered but not here... DHL seems to be stupid or anything else but they say that my signature was used and the package is deilvered.... what is definitely not the truth. So are your packages have insurance?

Such case is is not about insurance but investigation, proving who signed what, delivered etc. Never heard about such case but I'm sure DHL will know how to handle this.

i had a problem with my turbo sim corupt 2 weeks ago and i had order Turbo programer for fixing it,but stil not received it yet.I had to call Votech but they don't answer the fone.What should i do?
and i want to order more Turbo sim for my iphone,but no body in Bladox or Votech confirm that have instock or not. Votech received order,but not have Turbo sim to send to the clients,that i heard from some of my friend in Romania
