Hi!
How long does it take shipping to arrive to Italy?
And after how many time did you ship after payment is received?
If i will buy 2 x 5 Turbosim i will pay one or two fedex shipping? 80 or 160?

Registered airmail is EU is usually 5-7 days. But it's not guaranteed - it's post service.

First we wait for 2CO to do fraud review and give us green light - may take about one day but also depends on payment method, where are you from, destination, who knows what, etc.

For one of course. And we use DHL now, fedex is mentioned just in eshop for historical reason. |

Hello Bladox Team,
I've ordered my Turbo Sim 2 days ago (on Tuesday 27th). Today I have checked your website again and I read that you now indicate to potential buyers that deliveries have slowed down.
Since I haven't received a delivery note yet (just received payment confirmation from 2CO so far) I am worrying that my order is affected as well. From some other persons who also ordered 2 day ago, I've heard, that they already received delivery notes and that they were able to track their package.
Perhaps their have been some issues in processing my order (delivery address, etc.). However, I also haven't received any indication that something went wrong.
In case anything is alright with my order and all deliveries have just slowed down (and not just those orders placed after yesterday), how long do you estimate the shipping time?

It's shipped from Prague, Czech Republic, EU so no customs.
In EU to capitals/big cities it's overnight, maybe plus one day to remote areas. That's shipping, we need some time to preparation and 2CO to review the order. |

We prioritize DHL (fedex) orders so that may be the reason. Were you also DHL? We are shipping airmails in paralel, Tuesday 27th will be dispatched today/tomorrow.

Now we are shipping in 2-3 days (so your order is still in this frame) but the number of orders is growing and growing. Some people are really impatient (expect shipping the same date, in one hour, just now! - we are small company, no amazon) and that was the reason we put that warning on our site. So due this overload the time for shipping is getting longer but important: WE DON'T GET PREORDERS - that means we accept orders only when we are sure we can deliver (of course if we don't die, machies don't break, and so). At the time we will see we cannot ship in time (that means few days for DHL, max one week for airmail) we will close our shop. It happened in August and September.
IMPORTANT: 2CO sytem has many issues/bugs, esp. related to Paypal - we are getting orders without shipping included (we have to cancel), without shipping details and sometimes we don't even get the notice at all (we already know how to detect this bug so please don't mail us asking if your order is ok - rather check if your 2co confirmation includes shipping, etc.) Another Paypal related bug is that we cannot inform you about shipping, simply another bug prevents informing customer that order has been shipped after about 2 days (unknown chaotic behaviour). We are trying to send "comment" but finding such problematic orders is pain (you should see how horible the system is), we may miss some.
Also please try to avoid special characters - umlauts, scandinavian characters and so - order notice we are getting from 2co has these malformed.

I ordered TurboSim 5 days ago , got a bill from 2co on Monday but no further shipment or any info. So my order is not "in frame" ?

I have to apologize, I got a shipment info yesterday (deeply hidden in my spam folder)

Those shipped by DHL on www.dhl.com, registered airmail doesn't have international tracking, parcels have number that can be used for search if lost/delayed though. |

OK, this is quite often, we are used to be blamed but in 90% it's just spam filter on user side. |
