You guys are bloody quick, it took only few minutes and we got flooded again. Anyway this time we are better prepared and hope to distribute it faster. As always don't forget there is 2CO delay and we need 1-2 days for preparation. We will send trackings where available.
So it seems there is still some interest in Turbo SIM, even after all this "soon to be released"'s.
We will open again once we ship what we have. We closed mainly not to be under that horrible "where is my order" stress again. |
Hi PZ
I ordered a 5 pack last night, to be shpped to Canada (3803219672) Can you please mark it as parts (to avoid duty). Also when do you think it will ship (1-2 days?). Thanks. |
I missed the sale can I get one of yours? I live next door . .in the US.. |
Sorry all spoken for. If any come up I will let you know. |

Could you please let me know if you would have any spare TSIMs left from that package once you receive them? I live in Edmonton and would gladly get one from you once you have them in your hands. Feel free to write me at anbadger (at) gmail .com
Thanks! |
Sorry, all mine are spoken for. You should check ehmac.ca. Maybe there might be some available. |

This could be my last posting to this forum, PZ can be pissed off or apply his censorship ( he uses to live under commies so he will have no scruples doing it).
|
Not because your post below but this note is quite insulting.
On the other hand due the past we have good nose for media manipulation - not only censorship but propaganda. In this respect is fun to see all the hype around soft hacks and the publicity it got. There was an interesting comment it's about stock price manipulation - that would be worth deeper analysis.
Ask yourself why E gives so much room to i|u|whatever/phone|whatever/free|unlocked|whatever while there was not much about tsim (and they asked for and got samples)

I am of the opinion we are dealing with a bunch of nincompoops whether you can hack a sim card or not I don't give a shit and doesn't make you a good businessman neither.
|
Agreed, we are not good businessmen. We haven't raised price (there was -5% for family pack), we don't accept preorders money until we are sure we can quickly send goods.
Quote: |
Let me explain where I come from: I've been following this forum for quite a while, maybe longer than I should, in hope that I can one day see that temporarily closed shop open.
Then it did happen, the shop re-open for how long? I don't know< I only know that it was in the heat of the night while we are sleeping
here in the east coast. Then these idiots instead of limiting the sales
|
It was "our" night, for you noon/afternoon.
Quote: |
one per person in order to satisfy a greater number of anxious buyers waiting in line they offered a so called " a family pack" of 5, and dumped them down your throats, whether you need one or 5 take it or leave it; opening the door to speculators and cut throats.
|
2CO eshop is pretty limited and I don't see a way how to do one per person (typical commie way of solving problems anyway).
Quote: |
Some are trying to rally their neighbours to get in a purchasing pools some others are trying to raise funds to finance the operation.
Then they are charging 80$ DHL shipping for something that can fit in an envelop, you'll pay express but they will get them out in weeks\so where is the point?
|
It's not about size - envelop or big pack. It's about documents versus goods. These are goods. Different handling, different rates.
And check prices from CZ to your destination. Please not from US to the destination. (But anyway we pay often more even for this).
Besides checking price for every parcel (impossible unless you have IS connected with DHL/Fedex/... - costly project for half a year) we use flat price. And sometime we are losing money even in Europe, in simple pricelists you get only capital/big cities and there is extra fee for remote destinations (can be even more than shipping to capital itself).
Quote: |
This is worse business model I ever seen and to make things even worse their partner and reseller in Australia has his website down;
|
There are already more resellers. We offered 5 pack also not to undermine their single unit businesss but also to spread more units so that they cannot raise the price too high.

The Iphone has been around 2 months now and the idiots are sitting on their hands, instead of seizing this rare opportunity to make some money and it is never their responsibility they blame the supplier, customs, the mail carrier. |
TSIM panic started 3 weeks ago and not by us. We couldn't be prepared for this. We can sell 1000 to one customer if he asks month in advance but not to 1 piece to 1000 customers ovenight (numbers are fake).
And for curiosity: lead time for volume of chips - 4-8 weeks, pcb about 2+ weeks (it's special material not commonly used, etc.) Add more because of summer vacations.
Since the beginning we say this market can be gone overnight, for us it's just bonus, new experience, some publicity but not core business. We keep our feet on the ground. |

What a moronic assumption, I got my IPHONES working out of the BOX on July the 3rd, from the local Apple Store cross the street. As for if I like to be an European , next time you invent another better IPHONE or an Ipod or an Intel or AMD powered Apple Macbook I'll apply for dual citizenship American and ...Yankee!

Three Things:
1) Your beloved iPhone connects using telecom equipment designed and manufactured in Europe! Not Designed in California and Made in China. If it weren't for Ericsson, Siemens, and others your iPhone would be a brick.
2) You are just sore that you missed out on the five pack buy. Like PZ said it is not their core business, it is gravy for their efforts. The market that they are shipping these TurboSims right now could evaporate overnight, so it makes much business sense not to invest a huge amount in manufacturing an distribution if in a month there might not be the iPhone customer!
3) Suggestion: Go to the Flea Market in the Hackint0sh.org forum, you will see people selling Turbo Sims. Buy one and quit bashing PZ and Bladox!
If your beloved iphones worked out ot the box and you signed up for long expensive contracts, and if that's fine for you, then why are you here in this forum. Why would you be even interested in Bladox or unlocking the iPhone. Go talk on your iphone using the ATT plan! Pay the 99cents international roaming charge, not to mention outrageous long distance you will be charged when someone from USA will call you on the iphone while you are overseas. |

Lets see in chronological order,
America discovered by ? Christopher Columbus (Italian)
Semiconductor Junctions discovered by - Ferdinand Braun (German)
Rocket for travel to the moon invented by ? Wernher von BROWN (German)
Jet Engine invented by ? Frank Whittle (English)
TURBO SIM - Czech guy (Czech Republic)
etc
etc
etc
I wonder how many European Engineers actually work and were the main contributors for the iPhone at Apple..
Don't you really get piss off that living in what is supposedly the biggest "Democracy" in the World, you have to rely on a little Check Company to Liberate your iPhone....... 3 sheers for the Checks. |
