Hello,
I bought a Turbo SIM - Blank Version at December 7th (Order Number 3848771472).
I again accepted nothing.
Is it normal ?

We are communicating about this via email but for others - no, this is not normal.
There can be several reasons:
- wrong address (more often we could imagine)
- stuck at post office (it's recommande - recepient has to sign delivery).
In many cases we got the packages back, we then contact customer and resend it.
Unfortunately some pieces are lost, maybe just delayed due Christmas, sometimes delayed by customs or what.
In the worst case it was actually delivered but evil customer tries to cheat. |
