Do you know if there is a relatively cheap or free USAT or USIM simulator? I am writing a USAT implementation for the terminal and would like to be able to simulate a UICC. Any ideas?

As a side question is there a USAT simulator for USAT application developers to test their application before putting them into a SIM card to run on a real phone?

We (bladox) know only about our devices, you could use Turbo for this too. There is not much difference between SAT/USAT, you can emualte all STK commands with stk_cmd() to get particular behaviour/features.
