Hi All,
Ive been playing around with my turbosims for a month or two now
and have to say Im very impressed, my mobile phone will never
be without one and neither will anyone I need to have secure mobile
communications with, in fact Moderator could you post some info on
becoming a distributor of your fine products. TIA
Ive been using SecureSMS, On Display and playing around with
FakeSim and all have been great but Im having to use another
multi-sim card because it has the extra functionality of being
able to be switched between numbers on a timed basis, so one
number for so many hours then switch to the other number for
the same number of hours then switch back etc..
I have two mobile phone numbers, one for work and one for
personal calls, I was sick of carrying two phones so having more
than one number available on the one phone is awsome...
Anyway being that I am no programmer I was wondering how
hard/easy it would be to modify/expand the capabilities of the
fakesim app to incorporate auto-number switching preferably
on a time basis, so at 9.30am my phone can automaticaly
switch to my work number, then at midday switch to my
personal number to get any messages, then switch back to the
work number, then at say 4.30pm switch to my personal number,
and complete the cycle again tomorrow?
Also I was wondering how about an application that can cause
the phone to act as a ghost phone?
Kind Regards
+ TIA

It's possible, following is needed:
1. phone supporting PROVIDE LOCAL INFO (date, time and time zone), bit 3, byte 8 in TERMINAL PROFILE (so you have access to time info)
2. decode how is the switching done and then tsim (app) would emulate that for your Multi SIM

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, check your email shortly.
A ghost phone is a mobile phone that you 'accidently' leave
or hide somewhere, then ring the phone, it doest ring or make
any indication of an incomming call but answers so you can listen
in to whats going on where ever you left the phone, its basically
a bug with a long battery life that can be accessed from
anywhere provided there is mobile phone coverage.
Kind Regards

I see, unfortunatelly not possible - STK cannot pick up the call. Other way would be trigger by sms and set up call from STK but again unfortunatelly the Fathers of STK were aware of this security issue and STK initiated call has to be confirmed by user to prevent this. Otherwise we would already offered it |
