Hi,
Can i use the TurboSim to open a TCP connection and communicate to a remote server.
1. Over 3G connection
2. Over GPRS

Yes, in general STK supports networking, see open_channel() etc. Net example.

Unfortunately not all phones support it, mostly no but lately it getting better. Some phones are good, e.g. nokie e65. You don't control bearer (if it is gprs, 3g,...) - this is left to phone settings. On e65 user can select also wifi.
