I would like to ask whether there is certain function in order to retrieve any measurements related to GPRS, e.g. like the ones described in GPRS Measurement Results Information Element (3GPP 04.08 ) ?

I'm afraid that STK doesn't have access to any information but NMR, BCCH, TA.
