PZ I received 3 Turbosims and one was physically damaged

PZ can you please PM me what I should do?

One of the Turbosims has a cut mark, as if the die came down a second time on the chip. The ground is cut in half but the sim does work. I am afraid that any small movement will break it forever.

What is the replacement procedure? Can you ship me another? Can I keep mine (my phone works) and leave a credit card deposit until I get the replacement and ship you back the defective one?

Please pm me any information.

Please drop a line to info@...

Generic nore: we test all devices before shipment, it's unlikely we would ship some really borken one. But it doesn't mean it cannot happen and we are really unhappy about this. Sad customer, work for us. Some errors are ours but some we cannot easily find, we saw also broken MCU's. On the other hand some people reporting broken tsim's found out ithe problem was actually elsewhere. So while we admit we are not 100% tsim shouldn't be the first suspect.

Another funny one is correlation between reported broken pieces and news about another solutions Smile

I don't know what you are saying. Are you insulting me? I am not trying to return it and get a refund, I just want a replacement. The TS works fine, but I am only concerned because it is damaged and want to know if you will ship me a replacement. I am happy to pay for another one and you can credit me when I send this one back.

Can we attach pictures to this forum? I would be happy to post one to better explain.
