Hi,

iīm using the great Turbosim in the German o2 network
all works good


Call = OK
Edge = OK
in/out sms = OK

but only mailbox notifications via sms (when someone is leaving a message) wonīt come in

any ideas?

Hi Michael,

yes thats true, no sms notification on O2 network with TurboSIM installed. I try to take a reset with firmware 1.02 of my iPhone today, maybe this could help, because someone says me that after that he have a O2 SMS services menue on his iPhone...

i have 1.0.2 on it but still no notifications
have you tested it out - ??? greetings


btw: when you change some contract settings - this sms from o2 did arrive - itīs only the mailbox thing

Fullack. Its only the Mailbox thing. I tested 1.02; the same with that version. Strange...

i think before the "mailbox"message is a string that the iphone canīt handle.

itīs very bad for that - at time i call my mailbox every 30 minutes :-/

i hope someone will fix up this

Can be. But whats about the "System messages"? The iPhone can handle this SMS messages without problems. I ordered a DataPackage from the O2 online interface, that Messages delivered without problems. I think the Mailbox notification is the same as every SMS message. Dont know but it can be that O2 service can handle this problem, maybe we should call the O2 service and test it.

Don't think so. The method is always the same. TurboSIM works as SIMProxy between your Simcard and the Phone. I don't think thats the solution. One question, did you have a MultiSIM or a default simcard from O2?

I think we should call O2 Servicehotline and talk to them. But i don't know how i make clear what handy i use Wink

before 1 week i tried to call o2
maybe they can switch between "sms notification" and "call notification"

but ... negative

only sms notification is available Sad
