The iPhone was working fine, but apparently the TS had gotten full. I was getting "No Sim" message even though the contacts were good.

I have tried running /turbo-iphone-smsreset, but get the following message:

Host has not answered for more than 15 seconds. Still waiting...
Warning: Aborting this operation will close connections!

/turbo-info -v:

ERROR
AT+CPMS="SM","SM" AT+CPMS="SM", "SM"
ERROR
1 -> AT+CMGF=0
1 <- AT+CMGF=0
OK
1 -> AT+CPMS?
1 <- AT+CPMS?
modem initiated

Then, it gives me the timout error above.

Anyway, I never thought the plastic sleeve was important so I threw it away. Therefor, no S/N and no PIN.

Is there another way of getting the Serial Number?

Okay, I put it in a Samsung Blackjack. I can see "Turbo" show up in the Applications. Clicking it, I get:

[Turbo]
*Setup
>Language
>TurboSMS
>>>Access
>>>PID
>>>Autodelete n7F
>>>TestPID
>About
(I can get the S/N here and the Version: 1.2.7)
*Apple Saft
>Show
>Set
>Version

So, now what? I would rather not send it back in if there is something I can do.

Hi soflaguy,

I don't know about any of the other resellers, but we actually recorded the serial # and TPIN (reset code) of EVERY Turbo SIM we sold. So if you bought it from Votech, email us and we can send you the TPIN to reset your Turbo SIM.
