the fact is that I do not have the programmer.
I have bought only the turbo adapter and I thought that I could transfer *.trb with prog_apps.

Is there any application that I could use to transfer a *.trb from my pc to the phone over Bluetooth?

and if yes, what should be the command?

OK, I thought you have a prog because you were using prog_apps, which is part of turbo-prog-utils - utils for programmer. You need to use turbo-cable-utils and utility turbo-app.
