I've searched the subject and havent found anything clear. I need a simple yes or no answer. If I use turboSIM can I access SIM aplication menu or not?

You can access the menu, but you will only see the applications that are preinstalled on the TurboSIM

the thing arrived today
I'm ready now to use my Iphone with all funct.

Also I can access sim apps for my mobile internet services.
