Hi i received a 5 pack of turbos
but 1 of them was damaged. the chip is actually cracked.
it seemed to connect at first. then wouldnt work
so when i checked it i seen the crack
how do i get a replacement ?
how long will it ?
will i get priority on shipping ?
any info would be great since i dont know how it works at the minute

Hi, I was wondering what error you get on the broken TurboSIM.
I think I also have a broken one but I am not sure.
I get a Bus error message when i try to program it. And then the SIM application Menu is disapeared. I only bought one so I can not check other TurboSIM's. |

cant remember what error.
Im on a mac if that makes a difference.
I have no sim application when i put it in the phone.
It just give the NO SIM message where carrier should be.
Its a BIG crack. I can send pics of it.
Still waiting on a response from Bladox.
So any staff reading this can you mail me and let me know what i do please |
